Are these old crash reports? There are crash reports for bug 1910114 which is a crash which affected Fenix Nightly in Late July. Do Fenix crash reports use the application information like build ID of the submitting Fenix version instead of the one which hit the crashing code?

The bug is marked as tracked for firefox132 (nightly). We have limited time to fix this, the soft freeze is in 13 days. However, the bug still isn't assigned.

:royang, could you please find an assignee for this tracked bug? Given that it is a regression and we know the cause, we could also simply backout the regressor. If you disagree with the tracking decision, please talk with the release managers.

There's literally about another 30 different CrashReporterUnableToRestoreException signatures looking at the last week of Android 132.0a1 crashes. Thousands upon thousands of crashes, with something like 100 per install time.

These most likely old crash reports that were never sent. I created Bug 1918748 and Bug 1918747 to follow up with these. I will add a patch to disable the new reporter in Nightly until these two land
