I have verified this issue on the latest Nightly 132.0a1 (Build ID: 20240916215224) and latest Beta 131.0b7 (Build ID: 20240916092141) on Windows 10, macOS 14.4.1 and Linux Mint 20.1.

• Verified that the stories sponsored and non-sponsored are correctly displayed.
• Verified that the stories are delivered by Merino.
• Verified the stories on different regions (US, IT, FR and DE).
• Verified that the telemetry is registered.
• Verified that the options from the context menu work as expected.

:thcount do you want to include this in the 131 release notes? We already have been mentioning this in nightly but in 131 we can say "We’re launching a voting feature for the stories and articles on the New Tab page. You can vote up or down by hovering over the card, helping to improve future recommendations." I canmark this is a progressive rollout for US, GB, CA, DE, IE, IN, CH, AT, BE.
