Steps to reproduce:

AFAIK, DASH (Dynamic Adaptive Streaming over HTTP) is able to only load audio when webpage/browser in background.

Expected results:

I think Firefox could add "audio-only mode" for video to save mobile data usage. This feature also available on some browsers in China. Note: this feature should available for all videos, but maybe only DASH could save mobile data usage.
