Steps to reproduce

1. Add a PDF file to Firefox.
2. Add an image to the pdf file.
3. Delete the Alt Text and save it as an empty description field.
4. Open the Alt Text modal and turn the Create Alt Text automatically OFF and then back ON again.

Expected result

• The AI Alt text should regenerate automatically if there is an Empty description field already saved.

Actual result

• The Create Alt text automatically toggle button will not trigger the AI Alt text generation.
