Steps to reproduce:
Deleting individual cookies of a site does not have a confirmation message that the cookie data has been deleted.
Actual results:
Deleting a site's cookies by accessing the lock does not receive a notification that it has been deleted.
Expected results:
A notification message should appear that the cookie data has been deleted.
