STR
- In Nightly on macOS, go to https://signal.org/blog/phone-number-privacy-usernames/
- scroll down to the text "Signal will need to be using the most updated version of the app to take advantage of them." and click on the three dots next to them
Expected
- nice pop-out-y text in a box
Actual
- text is cut off and the box is oddly transparent(?) (see attached screenshot)

Of course, now that I spent a few minutes with mozregression, I can no longer make this happen (and I didn't even update yet!). Sigh.

I hit this exact issue myself, too, when testing your other bug about this same blog post (bug 1919381). I was testing on linux at the time, with latest Nightly. It went away for me too, though -- I haven't been able to make it happen again.
Probably nothing we can do here (and we can't even be sure it's Firefox-specific) unless we can figure out how to more-reliably repro, though. So: WFM seems fine.
