1919477 - toolbar buttons reordered or removed and bookmarks toolbar empty after crash during update

While Firefox 132.0a1 was updating from 20190917092838 to 29180917213026 on Windows 10, the computer crashed and rebooted automatically. It's unknown if this was related to the update, a second attempt did not reproduce it.

After this event, the buttons in the toolbar have been reordered (see screenshot) or have been removed (reload, downloads).

In case of the bookmarks toolbar, it's shown as empty but the bookmarks sidebar shows the bookmarks still exist.

A downgrade of Nightly does not resolve the issue, the problematic data should be part of the Firefox profile.
