  3. Click on Playback speed button

Expected Behavior:
Playback speed button is displayed

Actual Behavior:
Playback speed button is not displayed

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
  • Does not reproduce in Chrome
