Preconditions

• Set the following prefs:
  sidebar.revamp - true
• Have two windows opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Select "Hide sidebar" from Sidebar settings in the second window
2. Press on "Show sidebars" on the toolbar in the first window in order to hide the sidebar
3. On the second window select "Always show" from the Sidebar settings
4. Go to the first window and click on "Show sidebars" on the toolbar

Expected result

• The sidebar is shown after "Always show" is selected in Sidebar settings on the first window

Actual result

• TThe sidebar isn't shown and the "Show sidebars" from toolbar doesn't work either
