1919814 - Passcode is asked multiple times when accessing saved passwords

Preconditions

Have at least one password saved.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 3 dot menu>Passwords.
2. Enter the passcode.
3. Observe the Saved passwords page.

Expected behavior

The Saved passwords page is displayed.

Actual behavior

The app asks for the passcode multiple times.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 132.0a1 from 2024-09-19
• Android device model: OnePlus 12R
• Android OS version: 14

Any additional information?

• Same result when accessing the passwords from a website or from Settings>Passwords.
• Same result when accessing the passwords page successfully, then getting the app in the background and forward.
• After entering the passcode (once or more), tapping quickly at least twice on the close (X) button displays the passwords page correctly.

fyi i was able to reproduce this issue on an Android API 34 emulator, with a pattern set up for screen lock.

Verified as fixed on the latest Fenix Nightly 132.0a1 from 9/26, with Oppo Find N2 Flip (Android 14).
I was able to reproduce this issue with the 9/19 build with the same device.
