This task is verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 132 (2024-09-26) using a Google Pixel 8 (Android 14) and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 (Android 14). The extensions name is successfully read by talkback when tapping on "+" sign that corresponds to it.
