Steps to reproduce:
Open a new screen.
Load https://www.detelefoongids.nl/
Press many times Reload / Refresh and Shift + Reload / Refresh in different ways.

Actual results:
The first time, the internet site is loading almost complete. But:
- the links and circles in the right bottom corner are wrong loaded.
- the text is difficult to read. Contrast is not good.
- bold text is not displayed.
Many internet sites has this problem.
After many times refreshing the internetsite:

It is very strange: almost the same internetsite https://www.goudengids.nl/ works perfect.
Expected results:
Normal loading of the internetsite.
Good readable text.
Showing bold text.
Tested with Firefox.
