Attachment: Vertical tabs unresponsive from screen edges

STR:

1. Start with sidebar.verticalTabs = true and sidebar.revamp = true.
2. Maximize the window.
3. Select a tab by clicking the extreme edge of the screen.

Expected:
Vertical tabs can be clicked from screen edges like horizontal tabs and sidebar buttons.

Actual:
Nothing happens when clicking the screen edge next to tabs.

This should be be improved now since some visual regressions have been fixed in bug 1910358.
