i double click on the url address, it all highlights.
i click and hold on some letter in the middle of the url, and then drag out to
the end of the url to highlight only a portion of the url.
it doesn't highlight only the section that i wanted. the entire url is still
highlighted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.double click the url, to highlight the entire url
2.right click once in the middle of the url and hold down the mouse button.
3.while holding the right mouse button down, drag the mouse to the end of the
url to select only the end portion.
4.the entire url is still highlighted, not just the part that i selected with
the mouse.

Actual Results:
it did not highlight the portion of the url that i selected. it only
highlighted the entire url.

Expected Results:
highlight only the part of the url that i selected with my mouse.
