UX Telemetry to support better Smartblock User Interaction:

• number of blocks per page (so that we can get a better idea how to optimize the UI)
• measure the funnel (placeholder --> shield --> allow or shield --> allow) to see how users are interacting with it
• how often do users see a placeholder on screen? (The place holder is visible on the screen, not just present somewhere on the page)
• Correlation of Smartblock to retention metrics (do users who encounter this retain better or not?)
• Measure if the placeholders breaks the site layout
• How many placeholders a user scrolls past before clicking on one? (As a count of total place holder and a count of place holders for that tracker)
