The Android toolbar team would like to run a user satisfaction microsurvey targeting users in our Beta and Release toolbar experiments. The requirements are still forming in https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXMO-472

Microsurvey triggers:

We won't be running a microsurvey because the DS team is still resolving some data analysis issues with microsurveys.
