Per summary. Image also fails in IE, but works for Safari, or if loaded into
graphics programs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Chris-Farrington/ko-cover1.jpg
2. View error :)
Actual Results:  
The image “http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Chris-Farrington/ko-cover1.jpg”
cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.

Expected Results:  
Pretty picture.
NS4.78 display it as stripes in mostly black and white.
GIMP can open it in full colors.

It's a 4-channel CMYK image.  That would probably make it a dupe of bug 44781.
