Firefox version: Firefox Mobile 132.0/130
Preconditions:
- dark theme enabled (it reproduces with light theme as well but its barely noticeable)
- "Scroll to hide toolbar" enabled
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://www.capcut.com/ro-ro/

- Scroll up/down fast.
- Observe the toolbar.
Expected Behavior:
There's no trail left behind when toolbar hides.

Notes:

- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
- Does not reproduce in Chrome
