The script that collects handshakes to be used for the tls-client and tls-server corpus is currently called gen_corpus.py. We should rename it to something like collect_handshakes.py in case we may want to add scripts that create new corpus files for other fuzz targets in the future. Also, do some minor cosmetic changes.
