Only on any russian sites (with character coding CP-1251 & KOI-8R), unable to
make copy/paste operations with text (for example copy any text in ICQ),
drag&drop operations is also difficult. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.lunch http://www.anekdot.ru/
2.select any text & press [Command]+[C]
3.lunch "Simple Text" or ICQ & try to paste text from clipboard

Actual Results:  
Nothing happened , the text is not copied 


on english language sites this bug is not "work"

System PowerPC G4 800MHz, MacOS 9.2.2
I`m use a "modern" theme
