192101 - Print selection disallowed in Print Options

I can select a selection of text in the mail but when right click and select 
print.  when the print option box comes up.  The print selection radio button 
is in italics.  This is a very important feature coz we do not need to print 
the entire mail.. just certain paragraphs or selections.  Will someone please 
help before my boss vets all her frustration on me.....

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Selection (ie para or sentances)
2. Right click, or select Print
3. The print Selection radio button is not available



Expected Results:  
Enable the print selection button.
