Steps to reproduce
- Open the extensions sub-menu and have at least one extension installed.
Expected behavior
- When an extensions are installed, we should not show the ’recommend’ text.
Actual behavior
- We can still see the 'recommended' text.
This bug is only applicable after the user has installed at least 1 extension and has closed and reopened the extensions sub-menu.

This is verified as fixed on Firefox Nightly 133 (2024-10-21) using a Samsung S24 Ultra (Android 14) and Xiaomi 12T (Android 12). "Recommended" text is not shown when the recommended extensions are no longer displayed.
