Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
The page loads correctly.

Actual Behavior:
Redirected to unsupported page.

Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
Reproduces in Firefox Beta, Nightly, and Firefox Release
Does not reproduce in Chrome
