Build: 02-06 trunk build / WinXP-JA

Steps to reproduce:
1. Refresh install a Netscape trunk build in a new directory.
2. After installation, there are two garbage directories were created under
Documents and Settings | All Users; click on the folders will bring up Netscape
7.0 which contains AIM, Mail/News, Address book short cut. 

Running uninstaller couldn't remove them.  It's may related with 125104.

Yes, it didn't happen with N7.01(1.0.2 branch) on same system.

It is not regression, but just because the patches for bug 125106 are not
applied to the trunk, I think.

The problem in bug 125106 doesn't happen in trunk build any more.

I mean, this is not a new regression because the problem has existed on the
trunk for a long while, and I thought that was why the bug 125106 had been opened.

I thought this doesn't happen on the branch because the patches for bug 125106
solved the problem, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, I don't mean to oppose to close the bug 125106.

This bug does not see on Win98SE-JA.
But install_wizard2.log reports Mozilla Mail install error (Create 
Folder and Windows Shortcut) which may be related with this bug.
(2003-02-14-08-trunk mozilla-win32-installer-sea.exe build)

Per i18n folks we think the patch for bug 125106 just needs to land on the
trunk.  Over to Sean to land on the trunk.

I don't see this on 04-30 trunk build / Win2000-JA.  May be caused by checked-in
of bug 125106.
