Steps to reproduce:
- Play any video on youtube
- press the "always on top" button
- click anything else
Actual results:
always on top viewer vanishes
Expected results:
it's supposed to be, well, always on top (like windows)
(there is a way to get past it. right-click on the viewer, then tap "always on top")
