Bug 1899352 added the vertical tabs container to BROWSER_UI_CONTAINER_IDS in BrowserUsageTelemetry. This is now causing the following error message:

browser.ui.interaction.vertical_tabs_container - Unknown scalar.

We need to create this scalar and use it to track clicks on tabstrip widgets (such as New Tab button) when they happen in the vertical tabs container.
