(Whiteboard: [webdriver:backlog])

This bug is pending on the spec discussion which should happen at https://github.com/w3c/webdriver-bidi/issues/763

At the moment it's not clear how the browsingContext.navigate command should behave when a script updates the window.location before the navigation is completed. At the moment we fail the navigation.

Bug 1914407 will be about improving the current error message, and this bug is about changing/improving the behavior once the discussion at https://github.com/w3c/webdriver-bidi/issues/763 is settled.

Please note that with the mentioned script updates the window location a script running in the website's content is meant, and not any script evaluation via the commands available in the script module.
