Steps to reproduce:

Opened the browser after an update

Actual results:

The favorites bar no longer displays, but shows in settings it is enabled.

I've did a reset on the browser and cleared everything, the favorites bar returned. Upon closing the browser and reopening it, it was gone again.

Expected results:

Favorites bar should display
