Steps to reproduce:

  1. Settings
  2. Privacy & Security
  3. Certificates -> View Certificates
  4. Your Signature
  5. Backup
  6. browse-box opens and filename for p12 file
  7. Save button
  8. Choose password

Actual results:

instead of creating the p12 file, we see
