Steps to reproduce:

I am using build 132.0b1 (64-bit) of Firefox Developer edition. And restarted the browser after a windows update. Windows 10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4957). This happens on Windows 11 aswell.

Actual results:

The following items are now missing:

• bookmark links on the bookmark toolbar which is visible
• addons their icons are missing
• add tab button on the tab list, now have to click on the "Folder icon" and select new tab or press Ctrl+T

Expected results:

Bookmarks visible and customisations visible. These come back after a browser refresh but then disappear on relaunch. I have attached a screen shot of the toolbar as it incorrectly appears.
