Steps to reproduce:

Open Firefox Developer Edition (132.0b1) (installed from Mozilla deb software source on Ubuntu 24.04).

Actual results:

Previously ordered icons on the toolbar are jumbled differently or hidden behind Extensions puzzle piece icon.
This includes hiding of reload icon, displacement of forward/back buttons and hiding of extension icons.
Interestingly, this does not happen with the same version of Firefox Beta (132.0b1) but only in Firefox Developer Edition (132.0b1).

Expected results:

Previously customised placement of icons on the toolbar should remain in their expected positions.
