Steps to reproduce:
(On Firefox Developer Edition 132.0b1 64-bit, Windows 11)
Launching the browser with the latest update
Actual results:
Several toolbar components are missing, and some are rearranged. Sometimes, randomly, it launches with the buttons inverted (navigation buttons being on the right instead of the left).
New tab button, flexible spacers, all pinned extensions, and Firefox View are missing, among others. The Bookmarks Toolbar is completely blank despite having several items there.

Maintain the original toolbar layout
