Updated from 132.0b1 to 132.0b2

Actual results:

Issue from the bug 1919721 is still present

Expected results:

Actually have buttons and bookmarks back

The difference is that now the UI behavior is constant - Nav arrows and Extension button no longer switch their places on browser start/close.
Bookmark menu and all other things are still broken though.

If you were affected by this bug, you need to open Customize toolbar… and select Restore Defaults in the bottom right corner. Does the browser work if you do that?
