Steps to reproduce:

Firefox developer edition 132.0b2
After the update to 132.0b2 I rearranged my UI to look like this - https://i.imgur.com/hIEjZd2.png

On close, reopen it looks like this - https://i.imgur.com/d0xvy9a.png

Actual results:

The address bar and search bar have switched. The new tab button and spacers are on the left side of the tabs and the navigation buttons have moved.

On the plus side the bookmarks toolbar stayed the same and opening a private window didn't drastically change anything.

Expected results:

should have stayed the same after closing and opening the app

okay thanks, restore defaults fixed it.
