User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:132.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/132.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Upgraded Firefox Developer Edition from 131.0b9 to 132.0b2 (Arch Linux official repo)
- New tab button disappeared (and Extensions icon went to the left to the address bar, forward/backward buttons went to the right, all extension icons got unpinned)
- Customise Toolbar
- Drag New Tab button into tab bar (it stays to the right of List All Tabs button in Customise Toolbar mode)
- Click on Done
Actual results:
The New Tab button showed up normally to the right of all tabs. However it moves to the top-left corner every time Firefox starts and in new windows.
Expected results:
New Tab button stays to the right of all tabs.

Did you have 132.0b1 installed at any point?
Bug 1919721 is one known problem, but we wouldn't expect you to be affected if you skipped b1 completely.

Oh sorry, you were right, I upgrade from 132.0b1 to 132.0b2. (I mistook the version in pacman cache clean logs for the version before upgrade...)

Well, that's a relief... things should go back to normal after using "restore defaults" and a restart, though I confess I'm a little surprised that what you've done so far isn't enough.

Yes I can confirm that the issue was gone after 'restore defaults'. Thank you!
