change provider dropdown divider.png
For 132 we were not able to easily add a full division line between the chatbot providers and "View chatbot details". Currently we use "---" as a divider. Update to a division line to be consistent with other menus. See image attached, note the addition of the icons is filed in this bug.

til, <hr> works in <select>. but we'll need to completely redo this menu for bug 1922382 icons
