With the update from 132.0b1 to 132.0b2 my toolbar is broken:
- the back and forward buttons are on the right
- the "Extensions" icon is on the left
- all extensions were unpinned from the toolbar
- the "New tab" button next to last tab is missing
- bookmarks do not show at all
At the first start after the update, back and forward button were still on the left, but already in wrong order, and the "Extensions" icon was on the right. I then restarted in save mode, which led to what can be seen in the screenshot.

Second screenshot:
Since taking the first one, I moved/add some toolbar icons back.
You can see that Bookmark toolbar is set to "Always show", and there is the space for the bookmaks, but no bookmarks are displayed.
I had manuall added "New tab" next to the "List all tabs" icon. After another restart it moved to where the "Firefox tab" should be and also got the separator. It does not seem possible to manually move it to that position.

You will need to use the Restore defaults once, then customize the toolbars again to your preferences.
