Steps to reproduce:

Every time I open the browser the new tab button is placed on the left.

Actual results:

That happens after the latest update.

Expected results:

I went to Customize toolbar, moved the button to the right side, but after restarting the browser it goes back to the left.

You will need to use the Restore defaults once, then customize the toolbars again to your preferences.
