I know that we aren't allowed to distrust content types, but ... we distrust
charsets by allowing users to select a new one. and at some point we'll support
rot13.
i'd like to be able to take the email that i received and tell mozilla to view
it as if it did not have this line:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

This is a very low priority item, but nonetheless is a valid enhancement request.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
Summary: Non base64 encoded email with content type listed as base64 can only be viewed using view source → make it possible to override 'content-transfer-encoding'
