1923138 - [Menu Redesign] Fix UI issues with the 'report broken site' menu item.

UI issue 1:

• The correct icon is not being used, the icon may have been pulled from the design systems, but the line thickness of the icon looks thin as compared to the design. Should be checked if possible.
• The icon also looks squished vertically.

UI issue 2:

• For menu items, we should use the icon/secondary color. We have applied icon/primary right now.

UI issue 3:

• Update the strings from 'Report Site issue...' to 'Report broken site...' for the menu report broken site menu item.

All of these issues should be fixed by the Gecko team. All of them are coming dynamically from the backend.

I only fixed this : For menu items, we should use the icon/secondary color. We have applied icon/primary right now.
