This one passes on wpt.fyi now. (In our own CI, we've got it annotated as fuzzy, and allowed to pass or fail on a particular Windows configuration:

This one passes on wpt.fyi now. In our own CI, we've got it annotated as allowed to pass or fail:

...but I suspect it might just be fuzzy on certain platforms. I can reproduce fuzziness on my own linux machine, but it's consistent (Maximum difference per channel 11, 84 pixels differ) and it's all in antialiased pixels around 3 of the 4 bullets.

I'll file a followup on tightening that annotation (assuming that we can). But in the meantime I think we can close this bug since both tests are passing on wpt.fyi.
