Steps to reproduce:
Simply opened two links from letterboxd
Actual results:
https://share.firefox.dev/3ZWmNSV, lagging, very slow, browser buffers for a while. It's been happening a lot randomly.
Expected results:
Should have been smooth like it always has been without any lagging.

The parent process is spending time inside GC / CC and gathering telemetry about memory usage. It looks like there is a lot of memory being used by the parent process. The memory stats part also spending a lot of time iterating over cached SVG images.
How many windows and tabs were open in this Firefox session, roughly?
@davehunt, i disabled simplify, so far so good but the lagging generally comes and goes, don't know if it's the root reason. I can comment again if I still get lag even with Simplify disabled.
@mstange, not sure but probably around 20-30. I would be surprised that that would be enough to create so much lag.
