Preconditions:
- ETP set to STRICT
- Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://www.netacad.com/es/
- Observe
Expected Behavior:
The page is displayed
Actual Behavior:
The page is not loading
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly

It takes few seconds but I don't see anything faulty with the page load. Could you re-confirm if this is reproducible on latest nightly?
