Preconditions
Reach Firefox Labs and enable the Firefox Sidebar and Vertical Tabs

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the History panel in the Sidebar.
2. Hover over the 3-Dots Meatbals menu button

Expected result

• The Meatbal menu should be a pixel or two lower so it aligns with the middle of the search bar.
  The Meatbals menu should also have at least one pixel distance from the Search bar when hovered over it and shows the actual button.

Actual result

• The Meatbals menu button is aligned with the top of the search bar and the hovered or clicked state has no space from the search bar itself.
