This is an offshoot of bug 1919678. necko v0.9.2 makes us not crash, but instead we close the connection.

Since this is caused by Avast, there is probably not much we can do.

This is not a bug. We should close the connection, because the peer (the Avast proxy?) is not following the protocol spec.
