In version 133, on tablets we will default all tabs to present in desktop mode. This will be a site wide setting that will be controlled in Site Permssions.

The updated content is now live (using M133 tags, so only users on Firefox for Android V133 or newer will see it) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/getting-started-firefox-android-tablet-browser

While working on this, I realized the article hasn’t been updated in nearly a decade! It’s clear we need a full refresh, especially for the visuals. Pinging Jo Thomas to review it and reach out to the product team for a complete revamp.

Just a heads-up: I’m not marking the article as RFL (ready for localization) yet because I anticipate large changes in the upcoming refresh. I’d like to avoid creating extra work for the community localizers.
