Selectable profile deletion happens inside the running selectable profile. Because we set the last-used selectable profile to be the default startup profile for its group, when we delete a profile, if there are multiple profiles remaining, we need to choose a new startup profile, or we need to set the browser to startup into the selector window on next startup. This is a placeholder to discuss options with UX/PM and make the needed changes to the deletion code in SelectableProfileService.

ux: this should go chronologically so the last used profile becomes default after the most current one is deleted
