Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Using Mozilla for quite some time and this is first problem. Two days ago when I went to print an email it hung up and did not print. I had to alt.control delete to bring computer back to desktop. I also noticed that when I clicked on the address book in the bottom left icon area that it did not work either. All other icons worked normally. It would print out side of email and printing worked fine on all other documents within my computer as well as Explorer Browser 6.0 would print. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. click on print within email section 2. click on address book icon 3. Actual Results: Nothing happened and the computer hung up and had to use control alternate delete to bring back to desk top. Expected Results: To work like they both have previously. I have not added any new software to the computer. Since this has happened I have reinstalled Mozilla twice after deleting all sources of monzilla and still have the same problem.
Reporter: Can you please delete the file "xul.mfl" in your mozilla-user-profiel ? (see the release notes for the patch on your OS, should be c:\windows\application data\Mozilla or c:\windows\mozilla..\)
