Hello there! The Release Engineering team would like to update some of its Bugzilla components. After many years, we realized we don't need the split between all Release Automation components anymore. They did make sense back when they were created (in bug 1452285, I believe). At that time, the Release Engineering team was heavily focused on migrating the Firefox release automation to Taskcluster. It's been ~5 years since we called this migration done. Data shows we still use these but the split doesn't make much sense anymore.

Thus, let's combine them together and be back to the same state as bug 738208 - when Release Engineering :: Release Automation was first introduced.

Yes I am the right person to ping here and I apologize for the delay. I have been head down trying to get some higher priority projects completed before the end of the quarter. I will try to get to this in the next day or so.
