Small UI regression, when searching something with no matches in the debugger, the "No results found" message can be displayed over the rest of the UI, depending on the layout.

Severity: -- → S3
Priority: -- → P3
Assignee: nobody → jdescottes

Removed the absolute vertical centering.
Message is now only centered horizontally and positioned relative.
Padding increased on top/bottom.

Reproduced this issue on an affected Nightly build from 2024-10-15 on Win 10.
Verified as fixed on latest nightly 136.0a1 (20250130092924) and Firefox 135.0 (20250127201358) using Win 10, macOS 11 and Ubuntu 22.
